The Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº Counseling Department is committed to student success by empowering and guiding students in navigating their personal, academic, and career goals. 

Scheduled Appointments: We offer 30-60 minute scheduled appointments online, over the phone as well as in-person availability Monday - Thursday.  To schedule, call 209-588-5109 or stop by the Counseling office. Current students can also schedule through the online  

Drop-In Counseling: Do you have a quick question that needs a quick answer? We are here for you! Drop-In counseling is available Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Drop-Ins are available in-person as well as remotely. To join remotely, please click the green box below to join the drop-in list.    

Connect with a Counselor To:

  • Develop your educational plan to get you on track and keep you on track
  • Receive help with preparing to transfer to a four-year college
  • Learn strategies, techniques, and specific campus resources to help you succeed
  • Receive assistance filling out petitions like graduation, transcript evaluation, academic renewal or course substitution requests
  • The Common Course Numbering system makes transferring to universities like the University of California (UC) or California State University (CSU) more straightforward. It ensures that courses are consistent across colleges, helping students navigate their academic path with confidence.
  • The California General Education Transfer Curriculum (Cal-GETC) is the new singular general education pathway for California Community College (CCC) students to fulfill lower-division general education requirements necessary for transfer and admission to California public university systems.   • Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº has a new general education pattern for associate’s degrees. It is now named the Âé¶¹Ó°Ôº General Education Pattern.
