Students now have the ability to view their forms through the on connectColumbia. Log into your connectColumbia account, look under "Financial
Aid" and select. You will be redirected to your Financial Aid portal where you can view and download
your forms.
Forms must be submitted to our office via email, fax, mail or dropped off in person.
Online Forms: (Electronic Data Submission)
Students are often required to submit electronic forms, or online forms, as part of
the FAFSA verification process. These forms are submitted via our electronic forms database which can be accessed at the link above.
Students - use your single sign on to log in.
Parents - you will have to create a new account.
Verified Tax Documentation:
Students may also be required to provide federal tax documentation, which may be provided
in 1 of 2 ways:
Submit a copy of your SIGNED IRS 1040 document. Please attach any pertinent schedules
to your 1040. Documents that are not signed will not be accepted.
Accessed through the IRS website, a Tax Return Transcript may either be viewed and
printed online or be received via mail within 5-10 days. Provide the transcript to
the Financial Aid Office to continue processing. Please note: if you filed an amended
tax return, you must also provide a Tax Account Transcript.
ID Verification:
Students selected for ID verification will be required to provide valid, non-expired
identification. All staff members in the Financial Aid Office are authorized to accept
these documents.
